To confirm your reservation, you can send your complete data (number and expiration date) of a valid credit card, that will be required as a guarantee. If you prefer, you can pay advanced in two ways:

• by Postepay
• bank transfer

You will receive our reference data by mail when you book.

• Payment POS ATM
• Bank transfer

• Cancellation is free until 3 days before the check-in (14:00)
• Cancellation is possible – in established terms- via e-mail but please control that all data has really been erased.
• Over the 3rd day we will charge on your credit card 20% of the entire stay for each booked room
• Later than 2 days (48 hours after the check-in 14:00) we will charge on your credit card 70% of the entire stay
• In the event of early unless previously agreed departures we will charge the amount of the entire reservation on your credit card
• No Show previses a penalty of 100% of the stay
